Certifications and Memberships

The LSA Certified Home Health Agency is certified by the New York State Department of Health. It is a community-based visiting nurse program.

The LSA Family Support Program is a Preventive Services Program under contract with the New York City Administration for Children’s Services.

The LSA Early Intervention Program is licensed by the New York City Department of Health and Mental Health.

The LSA Toddler Nursery is licensed by the New York City Department of Health and Mental Health, Division of Day Care.

The East Harlem Community Health Committee, including its Pediatric and Asthma Sub-committees.
The Human Services Consortium of East Harlem.
The East Harlem Coalition Against Domestic Violence.
